“If not controlled, weeds can decrease wheat yields by 25% to 35%, depending on weed density,” explained Amir Jafri, country manager – Pakistan, Arysta LifeScience. “The cross-spectrum weed control of Everest 2.0 will help maximize yields on the estimated 8.9 million hectares in Pakistan where wheat is grown.”

Having conducted in-house trials and more than 500 field demonstrations, the company says it is targeting to reach 30,000-45,000 acres (12-18 hectares) of wheat this season.
