Visa Application

If you need a visa to attend either of our events and would like an invitation letter to help with your application, please follow these instructions:

• Send an e-mail to Jan Rinaldi jrinaldi@meistermedia.com and include ALL contact information including name, company, address, phone, e-mail address and passport information.
• Your request will be processed and an e-mail will be sent to you with a PDF of the Visa letter attached. If you need the letter sent via courier please include a shipping address.
• Requests made less than 14 days before the start of the event, cannot be guaranteed delivery.
