Hotel Reservation Information: All Trade Summits
Q: How do I make hotel reservations at the host hotels?
A: You must be registered for the FCI Trade Summit in order to secure a reservation at the group rate. A credit card is REQUIRED to guarantee the reservation. The deadline for reservations is one month prior to the event - reservations received after this date are not guaranteed the discount rate. Requests made directly to the hotel will not receive the group rate. You can make your reservation when you register online or complete the registration form and fax it to Ms. Jan Rinaldi at +440.942.0662.

Q: What is the attire for the event?
A: Traditional business attire is acceptable for all events.
Q: Who is the organizer?
A: The organizer of the seminar is Farm Chemicals International magazine, a part of the CropLife Media Group of Meister Media Worldwide. The group publishes CropLife, CropLife Iron, Farm Chemicals International, and Precision Ag magazines. Meister Media Worldwide is a Willoughby, Ohio based business-to-business producer of magazines, conferences, web sites and directories.
Q: Who are the presenters?
A: The presenters at the FCI Trade Summit are leading experts in the global agriculture field. These sessions will feature discussions on crop patterns, product usage, regulatory information, distribution channels, and current trends and issues from across the globe. Most have had hands-on responsibility for one or more of these disciplines and all are qualified for the assigned subject by training, experience and formal education.
Q: What are the registration fees?
A: Early registration is $475 per event and $575 after early registration ends.
Q: How do I register?
A: You can register for one or all three Summit events online by CLICKING HERE. You can view and print a registration form and fax the form(s) to Ms. Jan Rinaldi at + 440.942.0662.
Q: How will I know that my registration has been received?
A: Once your registration and payment has been received and processed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation letter and receipt. All registration are subject to approval by Farm Chemicals International.
Q: How do I pay for the registration fee?
A: Meister Media Worldwide accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. Checks and money orders (made out to Meister Media Worldwide) are also accepted. Please do not send cash with mail in registrations. For credit card payments the billing reference will appear as Meister Media Worldwide on your statement.

Q: Do you accept on-site registrations?
A: Yes. Onsite registrations are accepted for both events.
Q: What is the policy on cancellations, refunds and substitutions?
A: All cancellations must be made in writing and faxed or mailed – voice mails and e-mails will not be accepted. A full refund will be issued if the cancellation notice is received 10 business days prior to the seminar. No refunds will be issued after that day or for no shows. Advance payment is required for registration. Attendees must notify FCI if another individual will attend the summit in their place. FCI reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient registration or instructor emergency. A full refund of registration fees only will be issued if this occurs. FCI assumes no responsibility for personal or travel expenses incurred.
Note: By registering you understand that your participation and attendance at the FCI Trade Summit may be video taped, filmed, photographed and/or audio recorded. You agree that the recording or photograph may be used for any lawful purposes that Farm Chemicals International, or its designees, in their sole discretion, may determine.
