CAC Expands Exhibition in New Venue

Each year, FCI discusses changes and attractions surrounding CAC with CCPIT CHEM Vice Chairman Ma Chunyan. Just as production of agrochemicals in China has blossomed during the past two decades, CAC has grown into the largest crop protection exhibition, which will mark its first year at a new and larger venue.
Q: What are the biggest benefits to the venue change this year? How will it make the event better?
A: There are many benefits to the venue change. First, new exhibition venue provides extensive exhibiting space. CAC 2013 covers four halls and spans more than 46,000 square meters. Existing exhibitors have been pursuing bigger stands for years and are now able to have spacious and relaxed hospitality center to receive their clients from home and abroad. Companies that have not been allocated stands for years due to limited venue space are able to join CAC and enjoy the resources at CAC’s global platform.
Second, with all halls on the same floor and under one roof, it is conducive to visitor foot traffic and will provide equal exposure to the exhibitors in different halls, which will bring more potential customers and trade opportunities to the small- and medium-sized companies.
Third, the new venue provides better facilities at international level which matches with the standard of CAC international branded event, and to a great extent enhances the exhibition service quality for our exhibitors and visitors. Ultimately, CAC now provides larger exhibition space, more favorable exhibition conditions and creates a nice exhibiting and networking atmosphere, and maintains the international standard of an UFI-approved event.
Q: Are there any changes to the program? What are the highlights?
A: This year’s CAC Conference week includes five conferences. Every conference has a different theme with multiple perspectives, covering comprehensive market policies, technology innovation and noncrop business, security issues and bio-agrochemical industrialization. It will highlight the most updated information and development trends of those aspects.
